Was a nice enough stay, cute little rooms off in a separate building, information said was soundproof but the windows/door was to outside so a little thin and let light in - and as it was a gravel area outside people walking/cars parking was quite noisy. The bed was maybe a little short it seemed, feet were basically on the footboard the whole night, but otherwise a very comfy bed. No windows in the bathroom but was nice and spacious. The reception desk wasn't obvious but otherwise it was a nice stay. A nice stay over all, and the food in the restaurant was good, would definitely go back again one day.

Work currently being carried out on what looks like a new function room, sadly neglecting condition of the accommodation, which although clean was tired looking and a cracked toilet seat wasn't rectified over a 2 night stay (couldn't get the part apparently). Also there is an obvious waste area with building materials and mattresses visual that spoils the green area around the accommodation blocks.

Single traveller - business stop over

Lovely main reception and bar. Room was modern and minimalist which is just my taste. The Bathroom however could do with an update- window in bathroom cracked all the way along. Slightly disconcerting. Very quiet though and wonderful location 👍

Basic, bright and modern. We stayed for 1 night and it was suffice, but couldn’t breathe without the cheap wooden bed frame creaking, so it kept us awake. The rooms are in a beautiful farmland location, and surrounding roads were quiet and easy access to visiting areas of Norfolk.

I was working in Norfolk for a couple of days and found this hotel by chance. Lovely rooms, very quiet and plenty of areas outside to enjoy the grounds. I will definitely stay here again.

My first stay at the Farmhouse but my sister has stayed before and recommended. Went with my dog and they were very accommodating and friendly to us both. Great location for some long walks in a nice peaceful area. Room was a good size and the bed was super comfy. Can't wait to go back :)

No Breakfast included with Hotels.com

Breakfast was not included in the price as they said they are charged commission with Hotels.com and only include breakfast when you book directly with them. I said I did not know they existed and Hotels.com advertised them. Therefore they are getting extra bookings through Hotels.com bookings. However the Breakfast was overpriced for small overcooked dried out and mushroom not fit for consumption. Then they said if you had booked direct with them they would have included the breakfast. However I paid extra for breakfast which was a rubbish breakfast.

No handle on front door so difficult to close. Very expensive drinks. Lounge area upstairs with pool table was closed off. Lacks atmosphere especially when having to have drinks only in restaurant area. Lamps by bed awkward to get to switch on as switch behind bed.

Fabulous service
