I really enjoyed my room. It was one with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Made for a great place to get a good night’s sleep after full days of exploring. The hotel is located centrally, so everything is closeby. The staff were very friendly. They smiled a lot and just left me to myself, which is what I like. Thanks!

The rooms aren’t much to look at but the shower had hot water and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. There was even an English language news channel (Al Jazeera). The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, the central market, and the major inter-city bus lines. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Average hotel in a good location

The hotel is fine and in a good, central location. When we arrived, the elevator was out and our room was 5 flights up. We are 60 & 70 years old with large travel backpacks and daypacks. None of the staff offered to help us with our bags or to move us to a lower floor. Eventually the elevator was fixed but by then we had requested a room on the third floor. The hotel is clean but a bit messy. A dust pan was left in the middle of the third floor deck, cleaning cloths were left on the railing going to the pool, etc.

Mouldy rooms, left immediately

Walked into the room and straight back out again, sacrificing a non-refundable booking in the process. The place was covered in mould, the room was in terrible condition, and the advertised pool was a glorified bathtub. Not hygienic, no care had been put into the establishment since at least 2019. Avoid!!!

Première chambre réservée horrible et sale, on demande de changer de chambre on nous demande 10 € de plus par nuits soit 30€ , visite de la chambre , pas mieux, on demande à voir le patron, après plus minutes de discussions on nous surclasse ( pas vraiment un cadeau, vu qu’on a payé plus) chambre mieux mais toujours pas propre.

Doppio hotel

Arrivati in hotel check-in veloce ci viene assegnata camera nel primo hotel in angolo (si vede nelle foto) ma colazione e utilizzo di piscina bisogna andare nell’altro edificio circa 50 mt. Senza vedere la camera chiedo se è possibile andare nell’altro hotel no problem. Tra l’altro nel primo hotel sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione penso per realizzare il bar. Andiamo nel secondo hotel, hall sembra un negozio di mobili antichi, il personale carino ma da migliorare. Colazione dalle 7 alle17 a pagamento. Camera non molto grande, vecchia mobili da sostituire, il letto per me non comodo problemi di schiena. Il bagno grande stile asiatico con doccia a terra e wc. Assenza di appoggio per il beauty-case. Tv digitale, frigo in dotazione acqua fresca. Per una o due notti al massimo ma resta il dubbio del primo hotel come saranno le camere esternamente sembra ristrutturato. Piscina diciamo possibilità di fare un bagno per rigenerarsi dal caldo. In zona circa 15/20 minuti ci sono dei ristoranti ma la città non offre molto al turista da un lato è bella perché ancora naturale. Mattina presto si possono osservare i monaci in giro a raccogliere le offerte.
