I have never felt so welcome and at home in a hotel. The GM Melissa was so friendly (my dog was an ice breaker). She greeted myself and my girls while we were waiting for my husband to get the car valeted. She was so happy to give us suggestions on where to go for dinner that evening and if she happened to see us coming in and out over the next couple of days she was thoughtful enough to say hello and ask how our day was. We did have one SLIGHT snafu where our AC in the room decided to give out on our first night when we finally got comfy after a travel day and dinner and showers BUT the front desk was able to find us a room 2 doors down and were extremely helpful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Every little thing helps... even when my husband ran out to the 711 around the corner for toothbrushes that my girls forgot...towels that he was going to pick up on the way back in were personally delivered. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean, beautifully decorated (and also smells really great), that is in a GREAT location and central to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards or M&T Bank Stadium as well as the Circulator (something else Melissa was able to help us with when we wanted to go to Fells Point for dinner), that is also extremely pet friendly, this hotel is the one you want. Kudos and thanks to the whole team.

The rooms were nice, but there was a complete lack of amenities. I stayed at a cheaper hotel, and we received better amenities. The shoppette had a terrible selection, and the drinks were barely stocked. You pay double for parking compared to local parking garages among other things . I feel like for the location, name. And expectation the experience could have been way better. There were cheap blankets, sink was clogged, shower floor was stained and the elevator was very dirty.

2 of the lamps has damaged lampshades, there was water damage on the ceiling, the baseboard over the window was just a piece of painted plywood, the furniture itself was clearly old and previously damaged, the curtains were frayed in spots, the shower head has algae on it, the sink shelving was splintering in one spot

The hotel was beautiful. However my room was just okay, the tv came on but did not have internet or cable service and the remote did not, I also found stains on the back of my door and on the floor that looked like blood. I asked staff and they nicely stated they would come check our TV and clean the stain. No one came to our room, my spouse then asked new staff that was at the front desk and the staff gave him Lysol wipes to clean the stain. We still had no TV so we checked out early morning.

Took 45 minutes to get checked in while the general manager just walked around and talked to people absolutely clueless and a horrible first experience with this hotel!!!!
