The whole thing getting a pool chair is such a pain being down there by. 7 am or not being able to get a chair, should also consider makinh the 21+ pool a family pool since many adults without kids use the family pool. elevator was broken we were on floor 6, what a pain

The staff are honestly excellent and so kind. The hotel is very clean from the rooms to the pool areas and bars. The bartenders make good drinks and the beach/pool service is really nice. I loved the breakfast buffet every morning at Bella California and thought Armando always made the best omelettes. Jonathan, the events manager runs terrific shows and and is such a gentleman. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely return.
