Horrible experience. Was denied check-in because I complained about a misleading fee on their website. After paying the fee, I was told that I was not welcome to stay there. Was told I was going to be escorted away by police. Was a difficult process to get a refund from Hotels.com, even though it was not my fault that I was denied the accommodation. By far the worst experience I have ever had in the hospitality industry.
