On the drive to hotel I received a message water park and pool was closed. I told them I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund. NO REFUND NO RESPONSE we were going here just for a get away for the kids to literally go swimming and relax that’s all I’ve heard of this happening often at this hotel and think not issuing a refund when a major amenity isn’t available is unacceptable!
