I will be contacting you about the horrible conditions of this hotel. My bed smelled like urine, the hot water was not working, only one outlet in the room worked, the cigarette smell in the hotel was overwhelming. It made it very hard to breath. It made it even tougher for me due to esophagus reflux.

Had to wait 45 minutes past check in to get our room. Room was dirty night stand was filthy and refrigerator in our room was so frozen over couldnt fit a can of pepsi in it. Air conditioning was not an option only heat and 1 temp "FIRE". Spoke with management they offered no actual resolution to the problems. Asked for room upgrade or even another room and was denied.
