Room was very good. Excellent choice of breakfast items. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Only drawback was in the bathroom. I am disabled and the walk-in shower needed a handrail and a shower mat for safety. I am sure we will be back sometime,it’s very convenient for bus or train travel.

First room we got was not suitable so changed room next morning. 2nd room was lovely, big and warm and nice bathroom. First room had a step up to toilet and washbasin which was really awkward for us , radiator didn't work so had 2 electic heaters on wheels which didn't heat the room.
