I like having a kitchenette to cook, but the stovetop in our room took a really long time to heat up. The hotel is minutes from the beach—and the beach parking lot is great if you have a car—just don’t forget to pay. The neighborhood seems pretty safe and walkable but the trolley stops right outside the hotel too. Overall we always enjoy our stay in north beach!

Check in was at 4 I didn’t receive my room key til 6pm due to the room still being cleaned after waiting all day to check for to the room and it wasn’t cleaned at all I was scared to sit on the bed! You could visibly tell the floors were disgusting not swept or moped from the last guest the bathroom was a horror story the shower had mystery stains and mold growing in the wall the kitchen is not as advertised so if your looking for a kitchen area to cook this is not it!

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to. All the employees have nasty attitudes except for one man with grey hair. The rooms are disgusting. It’s like they surface clean instead of actually cleaning, but you can still see dirt everywhere. I might need to go get checked because i have not stop itching since i left and im not even joking. The only positive thing i could say is that it’s close to the beach. But don’t be cheap pay extra to stay somewhere else.

Overall a great place to stay , lots of room, practically an apartment that you stay in, clean, felt very homey, they have silverware too if you bring takeout back, lots of soaps available. The only thing I disliked is that we had to check in at a different building and drive to the actual place we were staying, it was maybe only 4-5 blocks away.

Receptionist was friendly and informative. Disappointed that our apartment was located in another block about 10mins walk away which didn’t have a pool as advertised. This also meant we were not close to shops. Beach is close by and lovely. Room was clean but with limited crockery. Bedding was interesting as not the usual duvet cover over the quilt but flat sheets over the duvet instead. Our TV in the living area did not work. I reported this several times but no one attended to this issue. We therefore had to use only the bedroom TV. Nice quiet block with good security door. Awaiting my deposit back still.

oven did not work. There were no paper towels or anything to clean with. There was dirt and dust everywhere all over the floor and no broom site front desk was not very patient very passive aggressive ground was uneven and overall structure was poor. Cracks in the walls covered up with paint. Black mold in the cabinets in the kitchen. Hair and dirt stuck to the ground when we first arrived. Very poor customer service they never answered the phone. The TVs don’t work and one of the lights flickers when you walk. The room is completely different in person than online and is not at the correct address you have to walk six blocks to your actual hotel. Overall un cleanly and add customer service not recommend
