Room was cute, but the bathroom needed a good cleaning. Shower curtain had mold and so did the tub. A little clorox and a new curtain would have made a huge difference.

Would’ve been a 5 star rating if the cell service was excellent and the weather was warmer when we stayed. I loved it so much! It was a cute little motel with an ocean front view! I have never stayed in a hotel that was right by the ocean. Literally steps from the ocean. We stayed 1 week. Here are the great things that happened: before I arrived just asked me if I wanted to change rooms with a better view of the ocean for free yes absolutely so that was so nice of him! I got to the motel at midnight, so it was very convenient that they have a lock box with instructions on how to access your room. When I was checking out Justin helped me take my stuff down, there is access to beach chairs and other beach stuff that you can use while staying there. There is a hose to wash the sand off ur things before going in your room. TV was good. Parking was good and felt secure Neighbors very nice and there is a pizza place next door. Not so great things: the WiFi was spotty and unprotected, we had a very cold night and since there is no central air or a/c we had to use a space heater which stopped working in the middle of the night and we were so cold in morning but I got another one when the office opened. It really needs updating as far as central heat and ac goes. You are really just paying for the view. If you want to enjoy the ocean and unplug from society for a couple of days this is a wonderful spot for you. If you need technology to be superb then you should look somewhere else.

Nice old style motel,right on A1a road across, the Flagler Beach. Room was clean enough. Shower handle was broken.Air condition grill was all over in dust,so i cleaned it by myself.

The ocean could be seen from the front window but this is a very old hotel shouldnt expect to much i went during bike so the prices were well inflated but that is to be expected but it was nice and located where i needed it to be beware of the beach sand that gets dragged in on your shoes best to have a pair left outside to change into to reduce that i was there 4 days no house keeping can in but i didnt ask nor did i tell them not to come in the place is small only 20 rooms i was originally giving a rm on the first when i confirmed my reservation on the phone but was switch to a 2nd floor upon arrival which is partial way the sand was so bad only 1 set of stairs and the outside shower is based at the back of the stairs and that water drains naturally rt in front of were you go upstairs so your dragging mud with all the time but all in all the staff i did meet were very friendly and polite the room was clean when i arrived im easy to please we only use the hotel to sleep at nite hardly there at all si thank you for a great time

**Would not recommend - cut our stay short** We booked five nights but checked out after four (no refund offered). The motel showed its age throughout, with worn furnishings and missing door weather stripping that allowed cigarette smoke from outside to drift directly into our room. Housekeeping was non-existent during our entire stay - no fresh towels, no cleaning service, and no toiletries provided beyond what was initially in the room. The unpaved sandy parking lot meant constantly tracking grit into both the room and car, which became frustrating given that our room was never cleaned anyway. While the room was initially clean, the overall condition and complete lack of service made this a disappointing stay. I would not return to this property under any circumstances.

Overall our stay was fine, very quiet, clean room although bathtub area and trims were pretty worn out. As the least expensive stay on Flagler Beach it was pretty much as expected. As we happened to stay on a very cold night we were provided with a space heater since there are no heat units in rooms and we asked for an extra blanket which was given without question. I was a bit surprised that there was not a manager on site after 7pm, but a phone number was provided and we did not have any issues. The only real disappointment was the lack of an ocean view from room 5 which is listed as ocean view or I would not have chosen it since we knew in advance it would be too cold to spend time on the beach itself. Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Bedding, the pillows, needed laundered. Pillow cases were ok but pillows were musty and had a smell. TV did not work well.

If you're looking for a dog friendly Beach hotel where your pet can go play on the beach and be a happy pup, This is it! The most friendly staff and you feel like you're staying at someone's home. Very clean rooms with lots of space and the most beautiful views! Also very peaceful area of Flagler Beach!

Although the room looked clean there was dog hair attached to the shower towels and all the furniture was ripped or stained. The chair on the small table was so ripped up by animals that it was unusable.

Beach within walking distance. Motel needs TLC. Other roudy, inconsiderate guests. Very noisy! Avoid rooms on ground floor. Other guests not respectful of quiet time or personal property, vehicles of others. Not a peaceful, restful experience.
