Excellent resort. Beautiful surroundings and views, spotless and comfortable rooms, wonderful accommodating staff. Food was good in the restaurant and the servers are great! LOVED this place - pool was awesome. Great place to rest and relax. The location is great too, if you want to be a bit out of the main hub of town but close enough to walk there for shopping and eating.

After staying at a busier part of El Nido, it was a welcome contrast to be at this hotel. Appreciated the hotel tricycle pickup to and from town. The front desk was really nice and helpful. Loved the welcome drinks and happy hour drinks. We mostly loved lounging by the pool because of the awesome views and restaurant near the pool. The food at the restaurant was great, we also enjoyed breakfast. Was able to easily book tour A across the street per front desk recommendation and convenient transport back to/from town where tour meeting spot was. The tour was great btw. Hotel lent us towels to take. Then we happened to be there Valentines Day, and my daughter’s boyfriend in the U.S. was able to surprise her with flowers with the help of the front desk. That was definitely a touching memorable gesture and we really appreciated the staff working with him through WhatsApp and the time difference. Then after our check out, they had a dedicated air-conditioned reception room where we could shower or hangout before we had to catch our flight in the afternoon.

Beautiful hotel, food is amazing, views epic. Only negative is Lawin room, a beach front cottage backs on to a very noisy bar, the music should stop at 10pm, it didn’t one night and the hotel did respond and speak to the bar and they provide earplugs. But whilst having evening showers you do feel like you are at a youth hostel disco! With the base coming into the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but ask not to be near the bar.

The resort was stunning. The room was very clean and the restaurant was amazing especially their breakfast spread. The only drawback was the pool in our area (Cadlao 3) was not as inviting as the other pools. Also, there were some decorative features around the property that can potentially store stagnant water which lead to many mosquitoes in the area. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an amazing property. Breakfast was very good made to order. The Staff here are so lovely making sure you have a nice stay. Housekeeping is impeccable. It has a nice view although there isn’t really a beach but it’s just a 20 minute tricycle ride to vanilla beach for wonderful sunsets. I would definitely recommend Caldao Resort

The staff service is unquestionable. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and pleasing to the eye. Staffs are very attentive to guests needs and can be messaged 24/7.The road going from and to the property is not the most pleasant but they provide 24/7 transport which really helps. The property is very quiet and relaxing. If you need a place to relax, unwind and just enjoy silence, I recommend this resort!
