Loved the convenience of the on-site restaurant. Our dinner there was fabulous! The breakfast was also great. Our room was spacious, but needed new doors and windows. Very comfortable bed and room.

This is a no frills place to stay, basic amenities and relatively clean. This is not like a resort at all, but it is fairly quiet and charming. Parking is horrible, but that kind of ads to the charm of being in the old part of the city on the island. The location is a bit challenging to find initially, but provided great access for walking to the downtown. What really shines here is the staff, super friendly and accommodating with all of our interactions. Food and drink is good overall. I would definitely stary here again.

The staff here is great, especially LaVerne who works during breakfast and at dinnertime. The breakfast was very nice, made as ordered, loved the tamarind juice! We ate dinner in their restaurant the first evening, the selection was nice and the food very good. We dined with 3 other couples and LaVerne took excellent care of us! The downfall we experienced at this hotel was the room itself. We did not care for the fact that the only lighting we had was a wall sconce near the bathroom & another one without a globe over the lightbulb itself. It was very glaring! The bedside table lamp was broken. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done as far as fixing or replacing it before we left! The room was cold enough to be a meat locker! There did not seem to be any way of adjusting the temperature or fan. We had to turn it off and leave it off for awhile inorder to feel comfortable. The downside was that then our clothing and the bedding were damp and still cold!

Stayed at Bunker Hill Hotel and had a great experience. It was actually nicer than I expected based on the listing. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the overall property has a lot of character. Nice pool with a great view. There are quite a few stairs, but that’s pretty typical for the area and part of the charm. One thing to note is that getting there can be a bit confusing—Google Maps tried to send us down some one-way streets the wrong way—so just keep that in mind when arriving. For the price, it’s a really good value. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views all around , no fridge in room but excellent housekeeping and water and coffee in lobby which was awesome , the pool is great with beautiful views and clean everywhere. I love that they stored my luggage too. So close to airport super convenient. Thank you

The exterior pool was nice great place to relax. It is walking distance to main street without having to climb a hill and a good 12 min walk to the Ferry, I would not recommend walking at night. However, the beds are extremly soft and one of the bedsheets was dirty whick look to be stains of blood, they came inmediately to change them.

1) Stairs only and all rooms are up at least one flight - most of them up two flights 2) The rooms are quite outdated and have very cheap beds and bedding 3) The staff was very friendly and helpful getting taxis called 4) The only reason I didn’t give 2 stars is because the complimentary breakfast is delicious and the breakfast view is nice 5) Overall, I would not stay here again. I would only recommend if you are on a tight budget and it’s $100 or less a night at the time of booking.
