Ahmed was so helpful and friendly. Took us to our two beautiful, spotless double rooms with breathtaking views of the sea! Lovely comfortable beds,nice showers in both rooms.Tea and coffee available in our rooms.Alltogether,a lovely stay and we will go back soon.Thankyou so much! X

This hotel is great for value alone. I paid £100 for 4 nights. Great value ! So let's get down to brass tacks. From the outside it doesn't look great and the interior could be better BUT the room itself was really really nice and clean. Can't complain. TV, kettle, soaps. All the basics. Ahmed was very friendly and hospitable. Cleaning staff friendly and talkative. A few things to improve. Improve email communication prior to checking in. Showers could have more power and sometimes struggled to get good heat. I was disappointed not to get the room I requested. Nevertheless, I would thouroughly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and looking to get away. I would definitely go back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is clearly very old and has not been maintained to a reasonable standard. From the moment I arrived, it felt run down and neglected. The cleanliness was particularly concerning. The room was visibly dirty, with dust and grime in multiple areas. The bedding was especially off-putting—it looked worn, unclean, and far from fresh, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. After a long journey, not being able to have a proper shower was extremely frustrating and unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price. Overall, the hotel felt tired, poorly maintained, and lacking in basic standards of hygiene and comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

5 star run hotel. Clean welcoming staff always happy to help. Management have gone over and above to help me with any questions regarding my stay with them. Room is very clean modern and spacious. Good supply of tea etc. Great accessible location. I will definitely book again.

the room itself was nice but the facilities when entering and getting to the room were less then subpar. The lift for one was concerning. I also tried to contact the place a week in advance as we were coming for a weekend away after work and they never picked up the phone or answered any emails. The shower was a dribble and so cold - we had to leave it for 15 minutes before using, we didnt complain as we were only there 2 nights and it would have just taken up time we didnt have. I also asked for a late check out on Sunday as the weather was terrible and he said if i paid £20 cash which was weird. I would recommend if they lowered the price but value for money was a weigh up here - I at least would like a shower. Also hot tip... if there is a music event next door good luck sleeping.
