Great location right on the beach and at the north end of Venice where it is quieter. However, our street level room had a wall of windows with broken blinds so at night we were fully exposed! Staff very politely told us management would move us or compensate us. Neither happened! Do not get a room on the first floor and don't expect to do much in the "kitchen"!

When we got there, there was no person at the front desk to check us in. We had to walk around the boardwalk to find dinner and come back. They only allow housekeeping on the third day of our stay. It is a beachfront property, so sand is inevitable. I would not stay there again. There was a weird smell. Very plain room. No air conditioning. And a mattress that felt like a dog bed. Disappointed. But the location was great.

This was my second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first time. I was able to take my son in the ocean for his first time and he loved every second. Also, both times I have stayed the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again, thank you guys for the beautiful memories.
