They have 24 hour laundry, but oddly it was not accessible if anyine closed the door, which there was a sign requesting that it remain open. Please read people. I am certain, based upon the upkeep of the property that whatever the issue, it was in the process of being fixed. There is self parking available, and you receive a parking pass, which I find comforting, only vehicles authorized are allowed on the property. The rooms are kept clean and stocked, and the housekeeping staff is polite. I only rated them a 4 because I had a noise complaint which was handled oddly, I simply asked if the children in a room were being supervised because they had been unruly for 4 hours and was advised by the desk clerk that she wasn't at liberty to share that information. Upon arrival, you sign a noise ordinance. If she knew or didn't know, she made no effort to resolve the noise complaint, instead her superior handled the issue, which my husband and I felt was a bit much, because she could have made the same call to the room that her superior did. All in all, the staff is friendly and will answer any inquiry if they can. And they don't give information that is not across the board. If you have pets or children, the property is well lit for walking your dog and the window sills are comfortable for cats and small dogs. There is no smoking in the rooms, but they have ashtrays placed in several locations close to the doors in well lit areas, so alone or with a group, you can feel safe.

The rooms are well lit and clean. Carpeting in the hallway, not the rooms. No mold in sight, no bugs either. Also, the staff is very friendly. If you are a smoker, there's no smoking in the rooms, but garbage receptacles and ash trays conveniently located . There's a 24 hour laundry that's kept clean and there's a noise ordinance. My cat enjoyed it just as much as we did.

I am writing to formally complain about an issue I experienced during my recent stay regarding an improper double charge and the handling of the situation by the front desk. I prepaid for my reservation through Expedia prior to arrival. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me that Expedia had not released the funds and insisted that I pay again. I was told to “take it up with Expedia” for reimbursement. This response was unacceptable. As the customer, I fulfilled my obligation by paying in advance. Any issue regarding payment release is a matter between the hotel and Expedia and should not have been passed on to me. The appropriate course of action would have been for the front desk to contact Expedia directly to resolve the matter, rather than charging me a second time. Requiring a guest to pay twice and then directing them elsewhere to resolve an internal billing issue reflects very poor customer service. I am requesting a prompt refund of the duplicate charge and confirmation that this matter has been resolved.
