The person on desk duty didn’t help a guest whose room heater didn’t work She asked for at least some blankets and he gave her towels. I came to find out it is a voucher motel, bit that’s no excuse to let people be cold. He was grumpy and not welcoming at all. I will not recommend.

On the plus side I was able to check in 30 min early without too many issues (thanks to the housekeeper who heard my conversation with the front desk,agent and made it happen for me). And I was allowed to check out 30 min late to accommodate my uber ride. On the down side the fridge didn’t have a freezer the room was in some need of overall maintenance and at first glance it was passing clean but the floor was pretty dirty the shower was spot cleaned at best and the bed left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and linens. But pretty much everyone knows this about Motel 6 going into the reservation. It’s cheap $98.25 total for single deluxe (fridge/micro are the elevating features) on a fri night. for a deluxe single bed and there’s typically $0 deposit. I definitely got what I paid for. If I’d had enough money on a card for a deposit I would have rather stayed at The Budget Inn down the street for approx $70. They have a light breakfast offering, amenities in the room (no iron, hair dryer, or hygiene products other than bar soap at Motel 6).

Everybody and staff are awesome.. the housekeeping lead lady Margarete is the best she friendly and she is kind. Housekeeping overall gets 20 out of 10 Office staff is amazingly nice and friendly and welcomes you Some matience is are a bit not so friendly but it is what it is. Some ppl that rent are rude loud and disturbing most part the are ok. Laundry room washers hardly work Dryers need to be fixed Otherwise it was great

Very rough neighborhood. A lot of shady people and likely drug deals happening out of multiple rooms. The rooms are VERY small. Not a great place to stay, even for the price.

Staff was great! Room was clean but worn out. Missing curtain clips made the drapes sag and I'm not talking shabby chic just shabby like the owner doesn't care. Beds not comfy. Sign inside the door said not to open if someone knocks. That was disquieting. But glad I read it because at 1 am noise in parking lot sounded like a few people partying. Then a 2 am pounding at our door. And then again at 3 am. I did not open it. In the morning there was a massive amount of cigarette butts littering the parking lot. We did not feel safe and will not return.
