Good location, immediate beach access plenty of parking but no complimentary water in the lobby mini fridge. Also, they charge fee fees for chair, chairs, and towels, and beach badges even though it’s off-season. They should should either not charge or allow a credit for the sundries in the lobby. There’s also a weird clanking noise from what we thought was the air vent on the building. It was really annoying all night long kept us up.

I received two key cards for Room 139; however, neither card worked when I initially attempted to enter. I returned to the front desk, where the staff reprogrammed the keys. After receiving the updated key cards, I went back to Room 139 and was able to open the door. Unfortunately, this led to a very uncomfortable and inappropriate situation, as the room was already occupied by another guest. Walking into an occupied room is a serious lapse in basic hotel procedures and raises concerns about both guest privacy and safety. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this experience was extremely unsettling and has left a negative impression. Due to this incident, I will most likely not be returning in the future.
