Terrible experience. Staff was rude except one lady. The room don’t include much. We didn’t have any towels or wash clothes, 1/4 roll of tissue, rust and hair everywhere. The floors squeaked and you can hear people upstairs. The bed was uncomfortable. No bugs or weird smell but I would never stay again. I guess it’s it roof if you just want to sleep and be close to the north Miami Beach.
This is what we walked into. Nothing replaced.

Terrible experience, the staff was rude from the moment I walked in and I try to let it go but then I got to the room and it was dirty. Dust and dirt on the night stands, sheets had stains and overall room not clean. Requested a refund and they got loud and refused. It’s approaching 3 weeks and still haven’t received the hold for the refundable deposit!

The hotel employee refused to let us check in before 4 pm. By 4 pm, several customers had gathered around the reception desk. The receptionist put on his coat and left. I asked him if we could check into our room. He said he didn't know about it! After this, we had to wait for over two hours, when one of the customers decided to call the police. Luckily, the police arrived and called the hotel manager to the hotel and we got a room at around 7 pm. To our dismay, we also noticed that there was only hot water in our room. Taking a shower was a dream. The hotel gets one because there are enough stories to tell about this for posterity.

Checking in took an hour and the staff it actually took two hours in the staff just are so slow wasting so much time toilet was clogged. The bath towel had blood stains. There was no hairdryer and the room was the bed was I was just like kind of nasty towel. AC was way too. Cold blanket was horrible and it was just like gave off kind of dirty vibes in the staff was not helpful.
