This is a lovely property. We booked a balcony with a retractable awning (with a spiral staircase to the room!) with excellent views of Geneva and the lake. Easy access to the old town, markets and the Lake itself. The room had underfloor heating and the bed had a memory foam mattress (or similar) and had an excellent nights sleep. Only downside was the room itself was a bit tired, but that’s it. Great Staff and the reception area was nearing completion of a modern makeover.

Clean room with beautiful view from the deck. It was well located and had a kitchen. Easy walk to/from the train to the airport. Of note, we did have to climb a small, circular set of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us, but could be for folks less mobile.

Our room a hallway smelt a bit musty & also smelt of cigarette smoke. hallway & lift carpets were disgustingly dirty and threadbare. Breakfast was reasonable but didn't realise it would be delivered on a tray to our room each morning rather than have a buffet breakfast room. so had to choose a time for our tray to be delivered each morning, although it was always delivered with a smile.
