This place was truly the highlight of our trip to ko phangan. We visited on our honeymoon and the rooms could not be more beautiful. The service was impeccable and the reception staff were absolutely so gracious and upgraded our room to one that blew us away. Beautiful property, great "luxury" feel about it. The staff cannot do enough for you. The beachfront pool villa we stayed in was wonderful and offered the most stunning sunsets, its own plunge pool and a nice quiet piece of gorgeous sandy beach. Dining was a mixed affair but No Noe - the waiter who served us during our stay - was truly brilliant and made our visit extra special. He was definitly a credit to Kupu Kupu.

Beautiful Hotel ideal for couples

The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s in a quiet location but not too far to reach bars and restaurants. Our room was amazing it was huge with a bath in the centre and the bed made a statement with the drapes hanging over it. We had our own private pool which was lovely, however the decking by our pool was splintering in some areas which meant you had to make sure you wore footwear when walking on it. I felt some luxuries could be added to the room like body lotion and liquid soap by the sinks, especially as this is a l’occitane hotel. I had 2 spa treatments which were really reasonable and were exceptional. The restaurant was lovely, the food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with the most beautiful setting and views. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. All in all we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location and space are stunning but unfortunately are aging not very well....we came here in 2019 everything was pristine, we can see it is not been very well taken care of... service was pleasing and food very good! overall a bit too expensive for what it is, lacking modernity.

Stunning.

A stunning hotel. We loved: the pool area, the rooms, the service by Andy and Wayan - these guys went the extra mile and were super friendly! The room we had came with a plunge pool and direct access to the beach. We stayed for my 40th birthday and when we arrive the room was decorated with balloons and a birthday cake - nice touch. What could have been better: the location is pretty limiting and when the weather is bad there isn’t really much to do. Some of the service was a little patchy at times, it felt like new people were being trained though. Overall; a great hotel largely due to the stunning room and beach access. One of my 5 favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
