As soon as I walked in to give my name for check in I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The only thing that happened while we were there was the elevator got stuck and stayed out of order both days but we managed with the stairs. I hated that for everyone. Overall a great place to stay great views and I would definitely recommend.

We are Panama City Beach locals and stayed for the week during spring break. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the things that were offered to us. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi would not reach the third floor and it was advertised. They did try to accommodate and offer us a room on the first floor so that we can reach the Wi-Fi signal, but we refused because we wanted the good view of the gulf other than that other than that, everything was perfect

Beach view was great. Amenties were horrible. No ice bucket or ice machine. Only 2 outlets in the room & we had to unplug the 1 light for the whole room just to use the outlet. There's a total of less than 20 parking places for the whole hotel without having to park across the busy road and they charged $32.10 for the parking for the terrible parking.
