While it was a little complicated to actually access our room, we were provided lots of directions that helped. Expect to take a little extra time to get yourself into the room. The location was fabulous! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the Parma historic center and could take many different routes back (especially if we wanted to avoid a lot of other tourists). The room was very nice and just like the photos. We would stay here again. We even opened the windows but shut the shutters to keep out birds/bugs. It did get a little loud at night but it is the city and that's to be expected!
