La struttura è nuovissima. Il personale alla reception gentile. Pulizia nelle stanze giornaliera. Erano a disposizione anche gli accappatoi, le ciabatte, e materiali per l'igiene personale: saponi, shampoo, spazzolini ,rasoio, etc. Ci dovrebbe essere anche la palestra, ma io non ne ho usufruito. Solo un giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con una piccola perdita in bagno e ci hanno spostato in un' altra camera. L' unico difficoltà, per qualcuno, potrebbe essere la posizione, che è abbastanza distante dal centro. Infatti, usando i mezzi, dal centro bisogna arrivare a Chamartin e poi prendere il treno ( Cercanias) in direzione aeroporto, fare 2 fermate e scendere a Valdebebas. Poi l' hotel è ad una distanza di circa 400 m. Tenuto conto del prezzo pagato inferiore in media a 70€/giorno per una doppia, mi considero ampiamente soddisfatto.

Les faltaba hacer un buen aseo, ciertas areas del baño se veia que no las habian limpiado tenian residuos de jabon y cabellos en el lavamanos. Tambien uno de los dias sonaron las alarmas de evacuacion a las 7 am, no sabiamos que estaba pasando duraron alrededor de 10 minutos encendidas, por lo que se entendio porque no nos dieron informacion es que alguein las activo erroneamente.
