We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away. Once there, you’ll find loungers and umbrellas waiting and the water is absolutely stunning. We spent time snorkeling every day and never tired of it. It was a beautiful, easygoing stay from start to finish and a trip we will remember fondly.

This property had outstanding hospitality. They treated us like family the day we checked in. The rooms and the rest of the property are very clean. Hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. Housekeeping crew works extremely hard to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The entire front desk team is professional and friendly. The hotel restaurant staff do an amazing job taking care of you. Food was delicious and presentation was perfect! I would definitely stay at the property again if we were to come back. Thank you to our family at the Hotel Indigo in Turks and Caicos by IHG.

Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service.

The perfect couples vacation! Thank you Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos Grace Bay by IHG for such a wonderful stay at their beautiful new hotel on Grace Bay. Everyone treated us like part of the family, and they were all so warm and welcoming. Special Thank you to Benidie, Sonali, Laverne, Moesha, Julie (Miss Juju), Prakash, Maribel, Wadly (Prophet), and Chef Dennis and his entire team at Il Forno Restaurant (on-site) for being so accommodating. Everyone works so hard here, and it clearly shows. The restaurant on-site Il Forno is absolutely the best dining experience I've had on the island to date. The rooms are beautiful, and have everything you need to feel right at home on your vacation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended you have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel. They have a gorgeous pool, about 3.5 feet deep. The main event is the beautiful beach. They have a golf cart to take you to the Grace Bay beach. 10/10 highly recommended you stay here. This is the perfect hotel for adult couples who want a quiet and relaxing vacation on Grace Bay beach. Thank you again to the Hotel Indigo staff for being so welcoming and accommodating, and making our stay so wonderful. We came as guests and left and friends & family. We can't wait to return soon!

Hotel Indigo was a great home base for a first timer to Turks! Every meal at the restaurant was fabulous. You could tell that they were still training staff but for just opening weeks ago, they went above our expectations. They had a private beach area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas just minutes from the hotel (either walking or through their golf cart shuttle). Don’t forget to ask the front desk for complimentary snorkel gear to explore everything the beach has to offer. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the IHG hotels currently being built will bring.

Great hospitality. The hotel is very new and we were a few of the individuals who stayed there for the first time. The hotel was kept clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the first shop was convenient and handy. The hotel does not have many amenities other than pool and gym which is the necessary.

First, we would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Michal B. at the front desk. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care truly saved our trip. We also want to recognize Tim, Julia (convenience store), Niamh (lady from the UK who was our server during breakfast), and Patrick (reservations manager) for their excellent service. Pros: - Accommodations: The rooms and amenities were brand new and impeccably clean. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and the airport. - Dining: The food and drink quality was outstanding; a special thank you to the chef and pizza chef. Cons: - Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled. - Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management. - Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity. - Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements. - Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed with a coffee maker and small fridge, which made mornings and quick snacks easy. One thing to note is the beds run a bit small, smaller than a queen, so it could be tight if you are planning to have four adults sharing a room. The hotel is not directly on the beach, but it’s very close. They run a golf cart shuttle that takes guests to their beach setup with chairs and umbrellas, which made getting there effortless. The beach itself is fantastic with excellent snorkeling right off the shore. The hotel has a small but lovely central pool area with loungers, a relaxing sunken seating area, a ping pong table, and even an outdoor movie projector. We were traveling with a group and ended up using the pool, restaurant, and common areas like our living room, which worked really well. The restaurant is small but consistently good and probably some of the best value we found on the island. Their pizza oven is a highlight and the pizzas are delicious. Definitely add the breakfast option when booking. The continental breakfast is simple but very good. The gym is small but well equipped with everything needed for a solid workout. What really stood out was the staff. Mark (manager), Mackenzie (assistant manager), and Michael at the front desk were all fantastic and went above and beyond. One other note: house music plays in the pool and common areas during the day. We liked the vibe, but it may not be everyone’s taste.
