wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

This was honestly one of my best hotel experiences. Location was perfect, facilities (services, parking et al) were top notch and room was almost perfect. The only minor remark is that there's a little bit noticeable wear and tear, but nothing serious.

Dont think I visit anymore. Soap was ran out from dispenser, no toilet pot brush, matresses dirty and omnious yellow stains. Spa swimming pool too small and some of the pool services did not work. Some of the staff seemed rude, but thats quite normal attitude to Tampere hotels.

Huone hyvä, pysäköinti hyvä. Kaikenkaikkiaan yleosarvosana hyvä :). Hotellin ainoan avoinna olevan ravintolan asiakaspalvelu oli tylyä. Ilmeisesti henkilökunta oli väsynyt tai muutoin huono päivä. Tulimme ravintolaan 6.1.26 klo 17:32. Tiskillä ollut henkilökunnan jäsen suhtautui meihin tylysti. Hän keskustelu väsyneesti ja kärsimättömästi. Meille jäi tunne, että oli meidän virheemme tulla ravintolaan. Kiirettä kovasti ja paljon asiakkaita. Ikävä tilanne hänen kannaltaaan.
