Parking was fine, plenty of space. Hotel very dated and in need of updating. Room odd!!! Massive pillar type thing in middle of room which had a tv attached to it. Tv was too big for said pillar and caused an obstruction. Room was really cold on arrival and the remote for the heating didnt seem to work. Staff were quick to rectify this for us but it didnt get much warmer. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that. Overall, i wouldnt stay again unless we were attending another event hosted by the hotel

Really nice hotel. Massive rooms, comfortable and reasonably quiet. Free WiFi is decent but sometimes can lag a little at peak times. Great for electric vehicles to charge also if you have a cable as there’s chargers there for a reasonable overnight cost.

This hotel has definitely gone downhill over the years - no kitchen operational due to ‘works’, balcony was covered in pigeon mess from getting in through the netting. Rooms are in need to redecorating.

Great value for money especially as the room price included breakfast which was a nice surprise! Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and well appointed if a little shabby in places…..the only thing we struggled with was the heating system, it was a bit complicated so really needs updating or some instructions given, thanks.

I was pleasantly surprised at the large room with real sized bathroom and shower. The staff were very pleasant and polite. Considering how little it cost I was not expecting as good as I got. Room also had its own balcony. Easy/free parking and a bar, although I didn’t use it. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are tired and dirty. Reception smelt of curry. Heating didn’t work. Woken up at 3am by someone banging a door and screaming to be let in. If I could give minus stars I would.

Carpets leading to rooms very stained bath panel all broken and mucky dirty in corners single bed the headboard has had the back ripped off dirty balcony needs tlc and would be live. Staff were really nice breakfast really good was worth what i paid.

Staff were amazing however my room was a nice size unfortunately the single bed headboard had been ripped off at the back, double bed was comfortable the bathroom was awful bath panel all broken not very clean and shower head never worked properly needs some tlc. Outside my door one of the ceiling panels was missing unsightly. Breakfast was really nice but my stay was worth what i paid

Room was cold and the blowers in the ceiling did little to change that. Chrome heated towel rail not turned on and no way to turn it on so the bathroom was really cold and the radiators were turned off in the hallway. Nicely furnished room but spoilt by the lack of warmth.
