This is not a bad hotel but it feels overpriced for what you're getting. Definitely not 4 star quality. Quality of the room was comparable to a homestay at a third of the price and breakfast wasn't good. I think you can do better in Hanoi, but the location was fantastic.

This is a dishonest hotel. Very disappointed front desk staff. Urged us only to pay first and then informed us that our booked deluxe room was not available and down graded us to a very basic small room without inside locking.

I don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel. It is more of a 2 star hotel. The sound proof of the hotel is really bad. I heard someone knocking on something at midnight at one of the nights. And I heard someone talking every morning around 6:30. The building needs renovation. One room We booked, there was a small crack on the door where people can slightly see inside the room. And there was a head of a toothpaste used by a former guest in the corner of the sink.

The staff are polite and very well informed. They gave great tips on what to see and where to eat which which was helpful as I hadn't done much research before arriving. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable, mattress was firm which is what I like. The included breakfast had both English and Vietnamese food. This included item to order yourself along with a small buffet. The food was good but I would not want to fill up before exploring what the city had to offer. Definitely would not hesitate to book another stay!

The hotel is located within 5-15 minutes walk to almost all major sightseeing spots. The staff, especially Andrea are very proactive, helpful and welcoming, they took time to explain us the facilities and gave us recommendations for our stay in Hanoi. The room was spacious, clean, bright and is good for a group of friends or a family trip. The breakfast buffet was decent too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The location was also very convenient, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. My husband and I stayed at Indochine Premium while visiting Hanoi. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from the main attractions and very good restaurants. The room is clean and breakfast is varied with different options (American + Vietnamese). What truly shone for me here is the hospitality from the staff. We were welcomed by Mia and she felt like a friend. From the moment we checked in, we were treated to tea and the yummiest butter cookies which was so refreshing. They even had our room ready before the check in and we didn’t really even have to ask. Later in the evening, when they realized I was feeling unwell, she asked if I would like some ginger tea and it was the kindest gesture! This has been such a big part of us loving Vietnam and I truly can’t wait to be back. They were ultra kind to let us keep our bags here even when we weren’t staying on another day and took care of it! They gave us recommendations for everything, food, shopping, groceries and also tips about bargaining. Will 100% stay here when in Hanoi, primarily because the staff is just so so great! Big big shoutout to Mia, she’s the one I interacted mostly with during our time there but truly everyone has been amazing! Thank you

Great stay with lovely attention to detail. As we were on our honeymoon, we were welcomed with roses on the bed and a complimentary fruit plate. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful with tours and taxis. Some morning noise due to construction, but it didn’t bother us.

The rooms were very pretty. They were clean and all the facilities we needed were there. The location was amazing. Everything was within a few mins walk away so it was super convenient to get around. The highlight however, was the staff. There were two girls at the reception who were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and hospitable even before and after the trip. They arranged pick up transports, the Halong Bay tour (including private transport) and also direct drop off to the airport after the cruise. Even after checkout they coordinated everything and kept me updated throughout. Anytime I had a question or request (no matter what time of day), they got back to me almost immediately. Honestly, it was by far the best service I’ve ever received in any hotel or place. Even though Vietnamese people in general (especially in the hospitality segment) are extremely nice, the staff at Indochine Premium went even above and beyond. I could go on and on about the service but I’ll stop here saying that they truly set the tone for the whole trip and set the service bar standard extremely high for me. I also just want to express my gratitude here for them and say thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore the nearby markets and cafes on foot. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat from the loud city outside. What truly made our stay special was the staff; they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful with recommendations and logistics. Would definitely recommend!
