The hotel is very nice, you can tell that everything is new. The rooms are clean, the gym is small but has everything you need, the staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet doesn't have too many options, especially for vegetarians, but it's alright. However, the hotel is next to a very loud part of town so you cannot get any rest or sleep. There are parties right outside the hotel, every night (I stayed for 9), with the thurs-sat being the noisiest. The windows are not soundproofed at all so you can hear 10 different kinds of music, people shouting, laughing, etc. The foot traffic is always there so invest in a good pair of earplugs, as I had to sleep with them every night. Another issue was that the street the hotel is on was being fixed for 5 days of my stay and the work started at 6:30am, drilling, sodering, multiple cement cars etc. On the first day there was no water from 9am. That's not the hotel's fault but as guests we didn't receive any information that it was happening, or how long it'll last. You can imagine trying to have a relaxing day at the rooftop pool when all you can hear is the noise of a street being ripped apart. Some kind of a heads up, especially about the lack of water for a day, would've been nice. Overall, the hotel is nice, and it was an enjoyable stay, but be prepared for the party noise every single night of the week. If you're a light sleeper, think again.
