Great place to get into, fit a full size truck to park and had room to park a boat also if i would've brought mine. Friendly staff, clean rooms ac worked as it should. No pool but who needs a pool when you're that close to the ocean and in paradise. Very relaxed and private atmosphere

Parking was easy and appeared secure, AC ran the entire time, was loud but kept the room cool. The bed collapsed in the middle and was marginal at best. Sheets were clean, few towels and no room service between the 2 days we stayed. The furnishings and bath were quite old, many stains in shower and sink, did not shower due to the condition. There was a security light that flashed in our room every 15 minutes the entire night. Very disappointing for a special getaway.

Location is good, property hasn't been updated at all, falling apart. Sheets were clean but looks like the floor had not been cleaned in months. Literal piles of dirt, hair and trash against the walls and in the corners, I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Bathroom was disgusting. No mirror, no microwave, no coffee maker, absolutely bare bones felt more like a hostel. Zero soundproofing from neighboring rooms.

Room, although small, was very clean, beds comfortable, and Mike at the check-in booth came immediately upon request to help us with our TV! He was awesome and friendly. Not much in the way of amenities but for the budget-minded, this was a good place to stay. "No pets" policy is why we stayed here because my husband id deathly allergic to cat hair. No problems here!

Let's be honest- this is the most inexpensive lodging on Marathon Key, so set your expectations accordingly. You're staying here because it's more comfortable than sleeping in your car and it comes with a shower. With those expectations set, I was pleasantly surprised to find the property clean, which was my big concern. The staff was very accommodating with my late arrival and very friendly. I wouldn't bring my kids here, as I spoil them too much when we travel, but I'd bring my wife here, as we both like a good deal and this place delivers.

Sorry to say but here’s the pros and cons. Facility was very dated! Old beds, bedding, very dated old furniture, the bed frame was broken, a/c is a window unit(loud), bathroom shower drain didn’t drain and was a poor unit to shower in, poor amenities. The staff was welcome and friendly.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can park next to your room to unload your belongings. Has a true old keys feel like back in the day not like those big resorts with all the bells and whistles.Close to Sombrero beach and many good restaurants like the Wooden Spoon and Sparkys Landing. Would stay again and recommend for a weekend getaway or two. Will be revisiting in the near future. Thanks again for the stay.🇺🇸😀
