The only problem was the noise at night. People doing unknown loud things in the hallway. Someone vacuuming in the hallway at 1:30 am . Though there is no carpet so it was very loud! bed was comfortable and everything was spotless.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The place was not prepared to receive guests at all—in fact, it felt like a crime scene. Even when I asked the staff to change my room, they completely ignored me. On top of that, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming throughout the property. Do not stay here under any circumstances. Even the Hotels.com representative was shocked and advised me not to stay. Once again, I strongly warn you: do not choose this hotel.

The staff was rude and mainly unhelpful at most points. They were frequently missing from the front desk even during open hours. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and pot smell. We asked for body was during the stay since it ran out and no one ever brought it. It was nice that it was new but the staff and smell really got to us
