We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing — some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their guests. The place was clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, the staff alone make this hotel worth coming back to. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nassau.

Room was dirty, wifi didn’t work in the rooms, didn’t have towels in my room the day I checked in, I requested towels from two different staffs and they assured me they will bring it to my room and didn’t get any I had to literally walked downstairs at 230am after a night out when I got back to the hotel there was still no towels, the next day I went out and came back to my room still dirty it didn’t get clean and there was still no towels so yea I didn’t get any towels on my 3nights stayed I had to used the same dirty towels repeatedly. Overall just poor service and customer service I absolutely do not recommend, also the room smelled like fresh paint which I believe it was recently painted but I think there should have been a little warning just in case a guest allergic but there was no warning and the smell bothered me my entire stay.

The hotel was outdated. The room wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bathroom (not ours) and the tub had a dirt marks. The knob for faucet in the tub was ready to fall off. The floor had rusted marks on them. When we checked in, the water was off. The staff was really friendly and I appreciated their attempts to make us comfortable. However, this place should be called a motel and they should renovate.
