The issue with this hotel is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear the room next door at normal conversation level and the room across the hallways TV. Also, every door opening and closing down the hallway. We were on an upper floor and the water pressure was pulsing off and on which impacted the temperature of the shower.

Staff was excellent. TV functioned but took forever for it to respond to the Remote. Even put new batteries in it. Seemed like a fine TV so maybe it was just an issue with the one in room 613. Pillows were uncomfortable but we enjoyed our view of the marina and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Thr hotel was very nice entering. Guest Service was not as friendly they made me feel like I did not belong there. The food from the restaurants were very good. The hallways stepping off the elevator smelled like mildew/old water. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was very out dated. The shower walls had mold in certain crevices. I absolutely hated the cloth shower curtains and it's as if a pipe in the shower was leaking from the ceiling of the shower which had a leak stain on the wall in the shower. The pool was very big and beautiful.

We went there as a family of 8 adults to celebrate my aunt and uncle 20th anniversary. The staff help set the table inside their restaurant with gift bags etc that my aunt and uncle brought. The restaurant itself was very nice our waitress Emily was wonderful and just very pleasant to have. The pool was AMAZING!! I love that they played music snd the vibes it gave. The swim up bar was perfect to make our pool time more enjoyable. One thing was the kids that played around and on the bar stools. I could tell that some adults weren’t so excited about that but it didn’t bother me much. Only thing I would say about the pool is that I wish they had a pool net nearby to collect the leaves, bugs and plastic that were floating around. For the room I truly adored it. Upon arriving the bathroom faucet stopper was jam. After informing the front desk a Service Tech came and repaired it immediately. The staff were really helpful and kind with checking in and other small details. I will most definitely be returning for another visit!

The pool was very cold. The fitness center pools that were down the road were occupied by lessons and swim teams and the hot tub was freezing cold. Plumbing was not great in our room and the phone didn't work. It was a safe, clean, friendly staff, and great price, but would not stay there again.

Unfortunately the Pool had several leaves and was not clean. I advised the staff and they stated someone would come down, and the did not. Seeing the infinity pool online is one of the reasons we came. The restaurant breakfast buffet wasn't enjoyable, most of the food was not fresh, hard and unable to chew.

At check in staff was not very welcoming. Was not given any type of information as to if there was a restaurant on property, a bar or even breakfast. No information about room service, no information about resort amenities. AC did not cool until technician came and made a switch of some sort because in his words “the system is old” and a switch needs to be made. AC was extremely loud. No information on pool, hours or location. I reserved a room with a balcony and was not accommodated.
