Personnel décevant, plus préoccupé par ses tâches que l'accueil du Client, tant à la réception à attendre la fin d'une longue conversation au téléphone de la réceptionnaire, qu'au Bar, obligé d'aller chercher quelqu'un, qui m'a demandé d'attendre, ce que je faisais déjà et qui après m'a invité à commander vite. L'efficacité du personnel a cependant été relevée pour demander le paiement des taxes de séjour, jusqu'à immobiliser ma compagne à l'accueil...
