My AC wasn’t working, and then needed to call the front desk, but the phones weren’t working. Yes, two phones because I had the large room with a living area.
My room was far away from the front desk so we drove back over and told the girl at the front desk. Oddly, she said “I’m so glad you’re saying that” and looked over to the guy who came to help get it working. I’m assuming they already knew it was a problem. Still, a very strange thing to say without giving a reason.
So two guys came to check out the AC and couldn’t fix it so another girl came and gave us keys/cards for another room. So we packing up all of our stuff and walked over to the new room. BUT, the cards for the new room didn’t work, and no working phone in the old room, so we had to drive back over to the front office.
We got cards for the new room and thankfully they worked and we finally got into the room.
We were happy to have a cooler room, but at that point it was too late to watch the movie we had been planning all day to watch that night. So not the best experience.
