Unsafe and very poorly managed. Arrived after check-in to find the property not ready, then were given keys to an occupied room and walked in on other guests. Our own keys were left openly accessible with our name and room number visible. Felt extremely unsafe, especially travelling with children. Property later admitted fault but denied everything through customer support. Would not recommend.

The property is very DIY, you have to make your own beds on arrival and then strip and carry the dirty linen through the hotel to reception, the shower is held on the wall at waist height which means holding the shower in one hand. The room itself looks as if it’s not had maintenance done in the last 10 years. I will not be staying here again.

Booked an apartment for a weekend stay. Arrived to find only a sofa bed with an extremely thin mattress. We had to pull out and fully make the bed ourselves when arriving. Shower was not wall mounted to use, we had to hold the shower to wash. For check out we had to strip and put the sofa bed back and take all our linen and towels through the hotel to reception. We were expected to take the bins out and fully clean the apartment. Not overly pleased with our stay

Don’t go anywhere near this hotel! It was absolutely disgusting! Put us on ground floor - no windows / smelled so badly of smoke/ just overall disgusting! Car park was flooded you needed to make your own beds! Hot tub don’t even go there! Hadn’t even been cleaned or switched on! Just appalling and we had a new baby with us!!! We handed back the keys and found somewhere else! Stay well clear

Very bad hotel. Dirty dark apartment. Beds not made (had to put on sheets/linen ourself), had to bring sheets down to reception after, had to bring out garbage ourself. Pool area ok, but no water in jacuzzi, toilette in pool area had no paper and no toilette-seat. Be aware of reduced opening hours for check in/storage/information etc.

A tired apartment not good for the retired.

We booked this accommodation as we needed a lift due to age, disability etc . When we got there no lift working for 6 of the 7 days, and we were on the 3rd floor. I have to say the ladies in reception were great and carried up and down our bags. But not satisfactory, they wouldn’t give us a refund so we could find somewhere else. The condition of the unit is tired and quite dirty. Nothing left to help us out like toilet paper, dishwashing powder, laundry detergent etc. when we left the place was cleaner than when we arrived! The up side was that it is in a great location with easy access ( once you get down the stairs) by bus to Vence, St Paul de Vence, Renoir's museum, the medieval castle and town, Grasse, Nice, the beach and the factory out let.

Very outdated hotel. Internet never worked. In last minute the staff sent me an email to tell me their check in time is up to 7pm. Somehow they expect me to read that email at 6pm and respond within 1 hour. The check-in instruction is entirely in French on a paper. Took me a while to translate and figure out where to park . The room is terrible. AC nearly not working. Wifi is completely not working. Expect us to make our own bedding. Worth mentioning the checkout is smooth. Just dropped off the key.
