This property is extremely close to the highway. Found it hard to sleep as you could hear the traffic at all hours. A sound machine in the rooms might be a nice amenity. The WiFi hardly worked and really needs to be upgraded. The towels in the rooms were scratchy, for the amount of money we paid. I would have liked to have had soft, cozy towels and maybe a nice robe. We had a room with a kitchenette; a small table and 2 chairs would have been nice. The pool area is small and not many lounge chairs. The pool does have a bar that serves drinks and food options; however, it does not open until 12:30. The property was nice otherwise, but not sure it was worth the nightly rate and resort fee.

Hotel was great. Staff was excellent and room was awesome. Amenities and the restaurant were incredible. The biggest downside to this is location. It's on an access road alongside the highway and was kind of loud with the traffic going by throughout the day and night. Hotel is gorgeous tho and the staff were awesome. Would come back, just was in an area and street I was not expecting. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach over the pedestrian bridge over the highway.

There aren't enough great things I can say about my stay at Bali Hotel. First, the property is absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk through the doors, the music, the calming atmosphere, and the beautiful waterfall flowing into the pool instantly put you at ease. The rooms are just as incredible. Thoughtfully designed and perfectly curated to truly transport you to Bali. The location is another huge highlight. Situated in Isla Verde (one of my favorite beach towns in Puerto Rico), it's directly across the street from the beach, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby for anything you might need. Lastly, the staff made this experience unforgettable. Every single person I encountered greeted me with a smile. During my stay, I unfortunately misplaced my phone and was left without a way to contact my family or access important information! Melysa was truly an angel. Whether I needed to make a call, check in for my flight, or get directions, she went above and beyond to help me. I'll never forget when she said, "You can relax now, everything is just fine." And she meant it. By the time | left, it felt like I was saying goodbye to family. I quickly grew so comfortable with the entire team. If you're considering staying here-book it. You won't regret it.

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. I was a bit worried after reading some of the recent reviews but our stay was nice. I don’t think the room was worth what we paid, but thousands of cruise ship customers and the world baseball championship the hotels are going to be overpriced. Staff was very friendly.

The room was very nice. Property was kept up well. Felt safe. You do have to cross a busy street to access the beach, however there is a walkway to cross above the busy street. Pool area is nice, but on the small side.

I had a great time in Puerto Rico! Bali Posh is a great hotel, however, I believe that they should offer a little more "posh" for the prices they charge. It's a little too understaffed to manage all the guests the way they should. The friendliness of the staff and the location make up for what the actual hotel lacks. That was my second time there. Might not be my last, but step your game up Bali lol.

Don't stay here unless you are an extremely deep sleeper. For some reason when the doors open and close or flush the toilet it is extremely loud (even with blaring white noise it woke us up every night multiple times). They also never cleaned our room even when we asked them to 3 times. Lastly we had a queen bed on a king bed frame which wasn't great.

Very beautiful, clean space with really nice amenities, easy parking and friendly staff. We loved the location it was right across the street from the beach and close to the airport. Everything was absolutely perfect, the only complaint we had was the bed/pillows.

The hotel is well located. Melissa the host was an amazing person. The issue is with management and ownership, the last afternoon before our departure, there was a problem with a water supply outage to the area. The hotel acted quickly, I will give them that, but their own system in the hotel failed completely and we were without water for 24 hours. No showers, no toilet, no nothing. We had to be asking for water bottles throughout the hotel so that we can have a minimum amount of drinking water there. The hotel employees were left on their own, no one checked to see if we were ok in the room. Try to have a bathroom with no water for 20+ hours, no toilet paper and having to take both me and my wife showers with a couple of water bottles! I requested a 1 night refund from the hotel which was denied. I emailed the hotel at the email provided and was never answered!!!! Management personnel are the worst!!! We loved the island and the people, we will be back soon but will definitely avoid this hotel.

Staff was awesome. Good location. Clean place. Melysa Malo, the receptionist was an exceptional host. She gave us great places to visit and when she noticed my wife was limping from a sprained ankle she brought her an ice pack by the pool. Restaurant at hotel was 4 stars. Great food.
