Beach Guest house was perfect for our group. Having separate 2 bedrooms in our unit was exactly what we were looking for. We were a party of five, so we had two units. The kitchen was great. However we didn’t use it as we just stayed one night. Perfect if you plan to stay longer. The check in process was very easy and the staff is very helpful,friendly. We spent the day at Kennedy Space center. This is a great location if you are spending time in that area. There is also several great restaurants in the area for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay again when traveling in the area.

Property location was good, right on the beach, property itself needs an overhaul, linens were old and stained, furniture old and stained, appliances and cutlery, pots and pans, all old and left in a dirty state when we arrived.
