Pleasant, small resort but rather isolated. Friendly staff. Wanted to snorkel but no life jacket available. Im not a diver! Walk in shower in room 102 had very slippery floor! Put down towel so i wouldnt fall!!!! Restaurant was pricey. Food was fair for prices.

If you like diving, this is the perfect place. The coral reefs are about 20 meters from the deck, and they have professionals for all types of diving you might want, including for beginners without a license. The staff is kind and attentive. The restaurant has a magnificent view for a sunset dinner.

More a set of rooms with a day time manager than a hotel. I was in a ground floor room which was clean and spacious. The air conditioning works very well and there is plenty of storage. The bed is two smaller beds joined together. The shower does not have a very good water pressure and takes a long time to get to temperature. No maid service is provided daily but can be arranged for an additional charge. No hotel staff are on site after 5pm. Although I informed the hotel I was arriving after this time and was told my plane would be tracked in case it was late (I didn’t arrive until 8:30pm) no one was present nor did I receive any message. The restraunt which not owned by the hotel was still open and they rang the hotel manager who explained how I could get into my room. There is clearly frustration on the part of the restraunt that have to deal with hotel guests arriving when no hotel guests are present. The hotel is NOT a fully serviced hotel. So the only food and drink available on site is via the separately owned restraunt “Nova” which is excellent but expensive. The beach is nice and water access is via a pier and a ladder. There is a very well run dive shop on site. There is a lack of clarity in who is responsible for which area of the hotel/restraunt/diveshop complex. If I had a problem as a hotel guest at night then there is no one to help you.

Shower only had stick on shower tray for shampoo and body wash which would unstick and fall off. Very ghetto. Hotel needs to drill and screw in the shower tray so it doesn't fall off. Room was not very clean. Floor had some dirt and debri. There were no trash bins in bedroom. Nobody texting back when i try to confirm check out on weekend. Also it would be nice to have few tea bags in room. Dogs barking waking us up at 600am in morning.

There was a few issues with the room- WiFi connection was awful. There is no elevator for when you are checking in so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. I did bring my complaints forward and got a positive response. (New Room) The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Overall- the place did its job for sleep and shower. If I come back to Grand Cayman- I would not stay here.

This is a beautiful resort. It’s a quiet area within this neighbourhood. The staff are helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk to catch the local bus which cost $2 per trip to go into town and to the beaches. The drivers are very helpful. I highly recommend taking the bus. It’s a really nice ride into town. There is a really nice trail that takes you by the cemetery and the local neighbourhood. I love walking here in the morning. This is a shorter walk to the bus stop too. Just wear sturdy shoes since you are walking in the sand and rocks on the beach.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor experience I had during my stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the room provided was not clean and was clearly not prepared for guests. This was unacceptable and caused immediate discomfort. In addition, there was a complete lack of customer service. My concerns were ignored, and staff showed no interest in resolving the situation or offering any assistance. Despite raising these issues, no action was taken, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. This level of service does not meet basic hospitality standards and is very disappointing. I expect Expedia will not include this hotel in their offer.

The positive points: This is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of the ocean! The nova restaurant has amazing food and the weight staff is very friendly and a tentative. They will be happy to give you recommendations of what to do around the island. The rooms come with a coffee maker, sink and basic kitchen essentials. The bathtub is huge! The little beach area in front of the hotel has really comfy beds and umbrellas. But there’s no beach access to the water because it’s rocky. However, there is a dock with a ladder that you can use. The pool and the hot tub are also amazing!! Things to know: -when we checked in, there was no one manning the reception. You will be asked to download WhatsApp if you don’t already have it and call a number where they will send you a code to the room lock. -you must ask to have your room cleaned. We didn’t know this until the third day. We asked on the third day and were disappointed that they did come. I texted again and finally on the fourth day we got fresh towels and our room cleaned. -We did not drink the tapwater, but the wait will be happy to fill up your water bottles from the bars filtered water. -there is an amazing restaurant on site called Nova. The wait staff is awesome and the food is delicious but it did cost US$104 for two hamburgers and one glass of wine. Overall, this is an awesome place to stay is off the beaten path from several mile Beach, but not far to get to some good snorkeling sites.

The hotel was reasonably priced, cute and the restaurant onsite was a nice bonus. Unfortunately there was no staff on site past 5pm and sometimes earlier. Beach and regular towel service was hard to come by and they typically ran out of towels in the morning. Staff was courteous. Beware of extremely thin walls, if you have rowdy guests next door, you will hear everything! I would recommend for the beautiful grounds however room could use some repair in some areas. Overall, nice hotel, will need a car.
