I'ts a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is so nice, the room is so clean and has details that make u feel at home. We liked the easter chocolate eggs they put in the cofee tray at the room. The breakfast was the best we have at all our europe trip, they really make an outstanding service even when we didn't reserve the breakfast they made a great buffet for us in 15 min with fresh bread and everything delicious. Thank you so much, we will return and definetly recommend Gwendy.

We liked the size of our rooms and the busstop nearby, that saved us taking the car into Luxemburg centre. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room was a bit hot, but that happens in summer :-)

Good place to stay

Staff were very helpful, minor issue with hot water quickly resolved when we raised it. Well stocked apartment with everything needed for a good night. Is a bit noisy at night from communal areas but for the price you can't fault it and is still good value. Bus was easy to catch into the city, plenty of parking just opposite the hotel entrance. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Perfect Stopover

We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here again.

My apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The store at the petrol station just next door was very convenient. I left my car at the property for two days and travelled all over Luxembourg by public transport - there is a bus stop just opposite. I'd definitely stay here again.

Friendly and Welcoming

Small and friendly Appart-Hotel. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was really nice and had a lot of things you would need to make meals. The coffee machine was also a welcomed sight. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep until the church opposite woke us up at 7am. Thankfully we had set our alarm for then anyway! The hotel is next to a fairly busy road, so if you keep the windows open then you may require earbuds. There is a bus right outside the hotel, so you could easily travel into the city from there. There is a beautiful chateau and garden (which is free) a few minutes drive away.

Overall passable, with the following comments: 1- If I'm charged $50 extra for a child I expect that a sofa or small sleeper is available. This wasn't the case. My son has to share the same bed. 2- There's no air conditioning. The place gets warm and the windows have no screens. Opening the window to cool down lets flies in.

Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment

Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment. Coffee and tea sachets provided (including coffee pods) provided and replenished each day. Also washing up cloths and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable 3-piece suite. Approx. 30 minute drive from Luxembourg city. There is also a bus service, but I don't know how frequent. There is plenty of off-road parking. The hotel is immediately next to a petrol station, but don't let this put you off. You don't notice it. And there is a well-stocked shop at the petrol station. Note that the hotel is in an isolated location, a couple of miles outside Helperknapp. Also it is in the canton (county) of Mersch, not the town of Mersch. And Helperknapp is also know as Tuntange. In short, trust your sat nav even if it appears to be taking you somewhere unexpected (possibly speaking from experince [laugh emoji])

Das Hotel liegt leider an einer durchfahrtstrasse und es war sehr laut, da es um 1 in der nacht aufhört mit den autos und um 6 am morgen schon wieder anfängt. Das Hotel selber war am renovieren also da auch etwas lärm. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber bei der Ankunft, wurde aber während den zwei tagen nur einmal geputzt ohne die Küche.

Bra valuta for pengene. Familie på gjennomreise, godt fornøyd med hotell og service. Tar 25 minutter å kjøre til byen. Ligger øde til,men bensinstasjonen ved siden av solgte det vi trengte. God hjelp til det vi spurte om. Ikke aircondition, men fikk en satt inn på rommet, fungerte ok(var 37 grader på dagen, så litt ekstremt)
