It was a clean room The staff was awesome I really enjoyed the breakfast choices in the morning and it was a comfy cozy area for breakfast and the evening if you wanted to go downstairs to the pub and have dinner you could because it was good I'd recommend staying there and I would stay again

Lovely large room at the front of the pub overlooking the road. Stayed on a Friday night and was slightly worried it would be noisy but it wasn't at all. Very peaceful. Didn't eat in the restaurant but the drinks were good value and the breakfast was first rate. Would say far much better than many farmshops we've visisted. Lovely young lady hosting breakfast.

Welcoming to our dog - little gift box. It is £25 for a dog - not £25 as it says on the hotels.com website. Handy location beside the station ( no noise) and parking behind the pub. Excellent breakfast and if in Lymington would stay again.

Room was really nice but boiling hot. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately was charged £25 and not £20 as per the details on hotels.com to bring a dog with us. They also checked us in before the room was ready but the free parking was appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic!

Lively, friendly pub with rooms around the corner from the main High St. Clean and tidy rooms. Good value. Limited parking when busy. As with rooms above pubs it is quite noisy but pretty well sound insulated and the pub closes relatively early. Staff were pleasant, helpful yet unintrusive. The room we had did not have main lighting so was very dark even with the side lights on and if you opened the blinds people on the street could see in - especially from the flat across the road. A net curtain, obscured window film or additional lighting would be useful.
