A/C was good. Nice and cool. Beach is about 300yards away. You can see the water in a couple spots between the beach houses, and that’s about it. Beach is only a couple minutes away from motel.

Our stay was ok. The mattresses were super uncomfortable but we managed just fine. We had pubic hairs on shower and toilet which was disgusting, but otherwise very clean. Spacious bathroom which I loved. My elderly mother was in the room next door to us and had no complaints. Walls are super thin- you can hear the music and talking from the neighbors, but not a problem for us. The common area underneath was nice to hang out at. Great location. Check in very easy. Staff on the phone was nice. Could use some blackout curtains with the lights outside it looks like daylight in the room. Bring a sleep mask.

We went during spring break! I loved the room just missing 1 picture on the wall behind the bed room #9 but overall the kids loved it. Walls are very thin so just be mindful but the office is always available and will call your neighbors if they get way too loud. Not right on the beach but you can drive 1-2mins down that side road and hit the beach !! Not much in the area not even a hospital so be careful please !!!
