Great smaller hotel downtown. Very clean. We always find street parking. Very friendly staff. Only thing that might bother some people is they have a steamer rather than an iron/ironing board. We’ve stopped staying at chain hotels when we visit LSU because this lace is friendlier and cuter.

I am a local who needed to stay due to flooding in the area. Mrs. Renee at the front desk is a gem of a woman, the property is beautiful, however when I was checking into my room #323, there was a leak from the ceiling in the hallway (ceiling tiles were falling) so she quickly rearranged my room number to stay in #119 and I truly appreciate her quick thinking and amazing customer service. She deserves acknowledgement for being kind, efficient, and helpful.
