The hotel is very good for family. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of bleach when we entered. We were a couple spending 2 nights as part of a honeymoon trip. Unfortunately, we did not get any special gesture. The weather was not great during our stay, so did not get to enjoy the pool that much. Seems like the standard of all hotels in that area are mostly overrated. The rate is quite high for the type of facility and quality of food that they serve at the breakfast buffet. For this rate (~€210 a night), I recommend going further from the touristic area as the hotels are much better. Overall the staffs are very nice and helpful.

Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food.

The bedroom in the hotel was excellent and all the staff were very polite and friendly. All the communal areas including the Resturant, reception and piano bar had no air conditioning which during the heatwave was not good. The food in the restaurant was very average for a 4 star hotel.

Just returned from staying here fully exclusive. The hotel and staff were excellent, my hotel room had a lot of issues like broken mirror, wood coming cupboard and the patio window had blown so couldn’t really see outside. It was clean though. The food wasn’t great, had difficulty getting something I liked for dinner. Snacks outside my pool were same everyday, burgers, pizza, hot dogs and chips. All drinks were non branded unless you paid extra on top even if all inclusive. Excellent location

Tired and needs a makeover in areas.

Hotel public areas are well appointed and cared for, foyer and dining area were fine. Our room had a huge patio and a nice big room. As you lived in the room during the week you noticed more and more. Mould in the shower never moved all week. The step out to the balcony was msg and had burst open as did the fridge cupboard. Carpets in the corridor well were worn. No mention when we booked that refurb work was going on in the hotel. Hopefully the start of a big freshen up.

Amazing hotel so glad we picked it!

We have just come back from our trip to tenerife and it was fantastic. We were looking at a few hotels and we are so glad we chose this one. The location is fantastic, a few minutes away from the beach, it has a supermarket next door and we did not need to use a taxi or car to go anywhere as all the main spots such as las americas, los cristianos, adeje were all in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself has a large pool for adults and kids, a nice lounge for sitting, a kids area on the ground floor, a restaurant and a buffet. The only part I would criticise are the lifts, they take forever to come down and although there are 3 lifts they are quite small so if you are on the first or second floor its much faster to just take the stairs. Overall it was a great stay, the rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious with a lovely balcony, we were worried about noise levels but did not have an issue. Cant wait to come again and stay here! Fab!

This hotel is in a great location & has really good staff. It’s tired but clean. Rooms really require an upgrade & in my option don’t rate 4*. The sealant round the bath was black, tiles broken & re fixed badly, mirror water damaged, furniture worn & damaged through time as they look like they’ve not attention for at least 15 years. With this said we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Bed had good mattress & shower was good which is most important to us. Food: we were HB. There’s an AI option and because of this the food isn’t the best or worst we’ve had so we switched dinner for lunch and ate out most evenings as we don’t like busy AI restaurants where each of us take different time picking food & some have finished eating before one of us even sit down! Pool: it’s fine but very cold! very strict about kids toys. There a waist deep pool which kids can use balls & sinkers but the deeper pool this isn’t allowed. No floats allowed in any of the pools. I wish they would remove towels left unattended before 10am. I hate having to follow suit with others & have towels down by 7.30am to guarantee a sun bed for the day. Many other Spanish hotels do this & it works well. Reception tell you when you check in so no issues & those who still reserve quickly realise their towels are gone! Entertainment: pretty dire to be honest but typical of an AI hotel. A naff English woman singing, crap karaoke….we didn’t bother going any other nights 🙈🙉

Bra läge och trevlig personal, men hotellet i sig har sett sina bästa dagar. Frukosten är bra och fräsch, middagen lite ensidig och trist trots olika tema olika dagar av veckan. Jag kan skriva en novell om allt negativt jag upplevde på detta hotell. Rummet var mörkt och saknade helkroppspegel, otroligt lyhört, hörde när grannarna gick på toaletten, sängarna var smutsiga och stenhårda, kallt på rummet, poolen var kanske 17-18 grader så gick inte att bada, maten var under all kritik- jag blev dessutom matförgiftad efter första lunchbuffén på hotellet. Finns mycket att önska även servicemässigt, städas dåligt vid poolområdet så det ligger muggar, plastglas osv överallt, personalen kändes trött och inte serviceminded. Nä jag önskar jag hade valt ett annat hotell!
