Nice hot breakfast and the shower/bathroom was recently redone so that was nice. We had a 5 night stay and not once was the room made up. We had to go and get new towels and toilet paper when we needed them and take out our own trash.

My stay here was absolutely terrible. The rooms are disgusting. I will attach pics. I had to stay over night because I had a family members funeral to attend, I cut my stay one day early because I couldn’t stand if and the hotel refused to refund my money. This place of filthy and needs a deep cleaning! The hot staff played games and were flat out rude as I tried to check out. I will never stay here again!

we love the amenities and property as a whole, the times we've needed staff however, they extremely removed, customer service seems so foreign to them, no warmth or confidence in the service, lack luster people experience and they don't answer the front desk phone, it took 5 cycles through the phone tree on 3 separate stays to actually get through to someone there. everything else is great just not the actual people.

The Sandman is just "fine" -- the room was a bit shabby, and the walls are thin, but we appreciated the pool for our two active kiddos in the afternoons. It is "family friendly" insofar as there is a pool and nothing is too precious, but there was not much open space for kids to play safely other than the pool, so I would only recommend if you're literally only looking for a place to sleep.

Front desk did not mention about extra charges on check out. Did not say that there is a parking fee of $5 per day. Where do they expect us to park if we dont want to pay for the parking or dont have enough money for parking?. The bottomline is they should have inform the customer verbally of that extra charge, surprise charge is ridiculous.

While I was almost ready to give a 5 star review for the nice amenities, decent breakfast and a clean room, the customer service pissed me off a bit. I specifically requested for a late checkout during check in and the front desk advised me to call the next day to confirm, when I did , she said she can’t honor it as she already ran out of the 10 late checkouts she can offer per day. I totally understand it is at the hotel’s discretion to offer it but If it is first come first serve and has a limit on the number, she could have simply mentioned it the previous day when I already requested it. When I expressed my concern at the checkout process, there wasn’t even an acknowledgment of the problem , she is like “ok” , I mean , common , some customer service response would have been great .. otherwise , loved the place. The 5$ parking fee was not expected either but not a big amount , so will live with it as we only stayed for a day
