Room was good. Except very little hot water the entire stay. Pool was way too cold. Would be nice to have paper menus on the beach lounges with more frequent service or a way to contact beach staff like text or flag or someway to get their attention.

The staff was very friendly and the food was always good. I was very happy with the drinks they made. Service was very good and I did not have to wait long to be served. However, the hot water was not always working and the towels were not always cleaned well (both beach towels and bathroom towels). Those were my only major issues. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I come back to Zipolite.
