Great room (we were upgraded to a junior suite). Helpful staff. Nice pool, good food. Dropped a point as shower floor filled with water and didn’t drain - really dangerous, and the pool was slippery around it. Again dangerous. Very close to hotel, easy to get to main beach.

Main reception, restaurants and pool area modern - rest of the hotel definitely not. Room wasn’t upgraded as per our booking, nor were we offered the food/beverage credit until we asked for it. Room was horrible, massive with one lone bed in the middle but so outdated. Scratches on all the wooden furniture and a safe that despite putting in your own personal code opens with 000000 so anyone can access it. That’s REALLY bad.
