This hotel took me by surprise with how fancy it was! The museum was so cool, the room was very upscale, and the restaurant and cafe were so good! Friendly staff and overall a great experience. My only gripe is that they didn’t have stairs easily accessible as an alternative to the elevators. One elevator was out of service and it was very busy which resulted in some long wait times any time you were traveling between floors.
