I had to change my room keys 5 times. The 1st night the manager had to to let us in because 4 key cards never worked. One worker said its the battery in the lock another said my phone was wiping the code. They were laughing as i had to keep coming back to the front desk. blinds missing from the windows so I couldn't open the draps. The towel were awful. The bathroom was nice and clean. There were dogs barking and it sounded like someone was building a dresser above us. I will never stay there again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was terrible . While the room itself was fine, the management, specifically Cheryl made the stay terrible. Meanwhile the rest of the staff was super helpful and great. The manager was unprofessional and condescending from the moment we interacted. However, the real issue was during checkout. I was falsely accused of smoking in the room and told it "smelled like cigarettes." As a non-smoker, I found this accusation insulting and clearly just a reason to keep the fifty dollar security deposit and extra fees. Despite my emphasis that nobody had smoked, the manager was dismissive, rude, and refused to have a civil conversation about it. overall the location is decent, but I won't stay somewhere where guests are treated like criminals and harassed by management. Save your money and go somewhere where the management actually respects their guests.

So disappointing. I was in town for an additional night and chose to stay somewhere else. I could not be there one more minute. From check in (extremely rude staff member) to dingy washcloths, to no housekeeping even though it was requested, to bugs in the room, to loud noises and the smell of marijuana in the halls, this was a complete disaster. I will never stay here again.

The ac in our room was awful did not work well I'm disappointed more so with how unequipped the place was, for the handicapped my wheelchair didn't even fit through the room door.omly king size room's our made for the disabled needing special accommodations.all of the staff on the floor that we seen or met were especially polite and hospitable. The best part of my stay was the great lady that served bfast all by herself she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed along with my family as well.she was quick courteous and very thorough with her job and the keep up...

Room did not have no towels. No hand soap. Front desk was good the staff cleaning rooms no help. Breakfast bar was awful. People would come in and look at everything and walk out. No fresh fruit. Everything was ran out. No napkins. No bagels only white bread. The pool area was messy had the same garbage and pizza boxes there for two days. Garbage coming out of the bag. No towels had to wait hours to get them. Pool was very, very cloudy.

The truck for breakfast items hadn’t come in so breakfast was very limited. Garbages were overflowing around the whole property and it did not appear the place had cleaning staff as the halls had obviously not been vacuumed in some time. The rooms were interesting, lights were out door patio rope lights and the water went out when my husband was trying to shower. Overall would not recommend but will do if you need a quick place to rest.

The hotel is under construction, which we were warned about. We were not told that the room didn’t have air and got over 82 degrees over night. We also didn’t have water in the bathroom sink, the fridge didn’t work and we didn’t have tissue and the paint fumes were nauseating. The staff brushed us off and wasn’t helpful. I don’t know how it is when it’s not under construction but I would never stay again. It was supposed to be a nice break in our way home and it was so miserable.

The pictures are NOTHING like what they seem to be. It's an old motel that's gotten the land lord special. Didn't even stay here, walked in and right back out. Lighting only came from a string of lights hanging from the ceiling.

I showed up a day late to check in after my flight was canceled. The people at the front desk were rude and said that my check in had been cancelled and that my money would not be refunded. I lost all of my money and was not given a room. Do not recommend this place.
