Was charged an extra fee of $100 when I checked in, that was a total surprise. Signature was required, but was not given any paperwork, said everything was on internet. NOT EVERYONE HAS INTERNET. So I'm unable to print anything. I requested a copy of my bill, my additional fee and my check out and was told not available. Also your breakfast was very disappointing, there were no napkins, and the attendent was in a side room on her phone.

The room was not nice at all. We paid extra $$ for the Jacuzzi tub and then after fighting with the plug in the tub for 20 minutes, the water was almost cold. The plug was broken and we just barely got it to stay plugged. Plus the room was literally two rooms that they cut a doorway in and left both doors to the outside but one wasn't even sealed off but the furniture was in the way so it wasn't even usable. The walls had really bad patch jobs all over it and the ceiling was peeling and looked like it had been leaking. There were several places where the ceiling looked like it had been leaking. The paint in the bathroom looked like a child painted it and the couch was burnt orange and looked like it was from the 60s. Very unhappy with our room and we will NOT be staying there again.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Interstate 44. We stopped in without a reservation after driving for awhile and needed a pet friendly hotel. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We did save a little bit by booking on hotels.com compared to the walk-in rate but there was no problem booking it in the parking lot and walking in with the reservation. The room was basic but clean and they seem to be trying to do some renovations. Breakfast was typical continental, waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, bread for toast and juice. Overall for a quick pet friendly stop near the interstate this was not a bad option for the price compared to the other hotels in the area.

The guy at the front desk was helpful. The first door would not open, he had to switch me rooms. The next room, there was one towel in the room. Also the heater was not on and it was 15°.

The room was very clean and nice, and staff were helpful. The room door was a bit finicky, but the person at the desk was able to offer a method of opening that made it more cooperative. I would have appreciated being told this method before walking upstairs and back down, however. Breakfast was also nice, for the most part, although the muffins tasted stale.

Wouldnt know lost my money because they didnt state in the description that the hotel didnt rent rooms to anyone within 60 miles of there hotel unless you read all the policies which thwy know noone does when booking a room everybody looks at the discription while selecting a room as to if there is smoking aloud or pets or free parking and amenities. No one exoects to be turned away when they go to check in because they live in a town a hour away so they live to close a rented room is a rented room in trms of filling up and making money or leaving rooms empty and losing money or actually leaving rooms empty and keeping peoples hard earned money they paid to rent the room because they have a stupid policy that no one expects or even thinks would be a policy i lurned my lesson instead of booking through this place or any other i will book straight through the hotel from now on and i will never stay at the days in on I 44 in springfield it was dirty and stink in the lobby anyways so i can only imagine the state of the rooms there .
