The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue with the hot water not getting hot enough at times. The maintenance man was great. He came to check it out timely. He was always visible on the property. This gave me assurance that if we had any problems he was only a phone call away. I give him kudos!!! The front desk team was great too. Now let me talk about the breakfast. Not on excellent but the food staff were so friendly. Took the time to check on us to make sure everything was okay. Housekeeping checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. This Holiday Inn team showed out with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness.

Breakfast was great. A huge plus for me is coffee in the lobby area. If I wake up early and would like to have a cup of coffee without waking up the other guest in the room or going somewhere, I was happy to see they provided this one simple but very nice perk. Check in was easy and quick. Front desk staff were extremely friendly, the nice lady preparing breakfast was very nice and ensured items were promptly refilled when they ran low. Our room was clean when we checked in (I usually don't get housekeeping on short stays).
